In 2002 I purchased the ElevateYourCareer.com website domain. I had a dream of providing a single destination for anyone, at any age, seeking career direction and support through career transitions. I never dreamed it would take 23 years for it to come to fruition.

I need to level with you. My late-bloomer life pattern drives me nuts. But, today as I share this with you, it all seems to make sense.

Over these twenty-plus years, I invented customized versions of the Elevations assessment for adults, students, and organizations. I created a workshop and coaching program called Elevate You, I wrote the book Elevate Your Career: Live a Life You’re Truly Proud Of, created the Elevate Your Career YouTube Channel, and started an ICF-accredited coaching school training career coaches, giving them a logical delivery methodology using my models and methods.

Any one of these resources is valuable on their own. But collectively they create an amazing circle of support for the average human wondering what’s next in their life.

As we enter 2025, I’m confident this timing is perfect. The pandemic has left a lasting, deep existential impact. Massive numbers of people are unwilling to suffer a miserable job or sacrifice life balance. People all over the world want to live up to their potential and find work they are talented to do.

Sadly, most of the resources that exist for people seeking career support are massive job boards or thinly veiled technology companies using AI to address a deeply human issue. Career alignment is not simple or easy. It requires a logical self-discovery process and coaching support—it requires ElevateYourCareer.com.
